EV charging manufacturer Circontrol has introduced a new service portfolio for the support and maintenance of its customers’ charging infrastructure, designed to maximize uptime and simplify charging operations.
Since 2008, 165,000 Circontrol chargers have been installed in more than 60 countries.
The portfolio features three service packs, a network of experts that combines internal resources with authorized service partners and a warranty policy that offers various warranty extension options. The service packs encompass such items as preventive services and monitoring, remote and on-site support, spare parts stocking programs and various training levels.
