Tesla is an international car company that is changing the world with the way the car industry is operating. From achieving the best selling car record in Norway since the VW Beetle to building 3,000 EV Model Y’s in one single week, Tesla is now another step ahead in the car market with dominating the electric vehicle charging industry.
Tesla has announced they are now operating the world’s biggest, fastest and most effective car charging network. Tesla has successfully built and manufactured more than 40,000 supercharging networks in more than 46 countries worldwide.
In a tweet posted by the official Tesla account, they wrote;
”Tesla operates the world’s largest global fast- charging network- 40k+ superchargers in 46 countries, located near amenities & optimized for high speed charging on the road”
This means that Tesla owners are able to charge their vehicles at super speed to get back on the road as fast as possible. The charging stations have been placed and built next to busy areas where drivers are able to relax or shop whilst the vehicle is charging. The local amenities include high street supermarkets, service stations and stores.
With Tesla placing more EV charging points across the world than other car manufacture in the world, it is no surprise what the new updates have to offer. With low battery level left in the vehicle, the drivers and owners of a Tesla are able to charge their battery much faster. A notification is also given to the driver when you have enough power and battery to reach your designated destination. This means that charging the vehicle to 100% battery is not essential as your Tesla will know when you have enough juice left to reach your satnav destination.
